Lechner Svenska AB is a leading manufacturer in the refinement of kitchen countertops, and our products are found in most Nordic households.

Our factory in Strömsnäsbruk was built in 2011, and we currently have about 60 employees.

About the Position

As a Workshop Worker, you will be part of a team called Zone 3.

Zone 3 consists of 3 different stations: Packing, Sink Preparation, and Loading, with a total of about 20 people. You will primarily work with packing countertops and preparing/processing slabs that will have a sink.

To strengthen the department as much as possible, you will be trained in all stations. We believe you have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will be beneficial for succeeding and contributing to our team.

Your Responsibilities

In your work, you are responsible for doing your utmost to deliver high-quality work based on customer needs and requests. You are also responsible for communicating with your manager about how the work is progressing so that you can continuously improve the execution and work situation together, thus achieving optimal conditions for yourself and the company. Your responsibilities also include following the company's policies, work, and manufacturing instructions, etc.

Qualifications

Experience from the manufacturing industry, experience from the wood industry, as well as a forklift license are advantageous.

You are self-driven, have good teamwork skills, and generally possess a positive attitude.

Relevant high school education or equivalent knowledge, fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing.

Fixed-term employment according to agreement. The work is full-time. Shift work may occur.
